How to Restore Windows 11 to Windows 10 Right Click Menu Style | Windows 10 ClassicMenu

After the official version of Windows 11 was released, many netizens who installed the latest Microsoft operating system for the first time found that in addition to the major changes in the start menu and setting interface, there are still many places where the experience is very bad. For example, the folding display of the right-click menu on the desktop is one of them. Originally, many commonly used right-click functions require an extra click to select them. Therefore, many netizens need to replace the right-click menu of Win11 with the way of displaying all commands directly in Win10. The following is the operation method:

Switch to the old right-click menu:

reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve

Restore back to Win11 right-click menu:

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}" /f

Restart Windows Explorer to take effect:

taskkill /f /im explorer.exe & start explorer.exe

Method 1: Right-click the Start button - Windows Terminal (Administrator) - Paste the above command

Method 2: Win+R-input cmd-paste the above command

Method 3: Paste the above command into Notepad, rename it to 123.cmd, right click and run as administrator

After the release of Windows 11, the most criticized place is the new right-click menu. You can think that this is to optimize the touch experience, but I really can't understand this kind of thing on the PC. All kinds of useful things are moved. to "Other".

Very uncomfortable! ! ! ! ! !

So, toss!

Run the registry editor regedit

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID

Right-click on the CLSID key and create a new entry named {86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}

Right click on the newly created item and create a new item named InprocServer32

Select the newly created item, then double-click on the default entry in the right pane, without typing anything, press enter

Restart explorer.exe or log out the user and log in again, the original right-click menu is back! !

If you want to revert to the Win11 design, just delete the entry for InprocServer32.

If you think the above operation is too cumbersome, you can also use the program to modify it with one click.
